All we ask is that the piece comes back unused and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and that you include your order number so we can find you quickly.
Returning from outside the UK? Email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through it. International return postage is arranged and paid for by the customer, and is not refundable.
Leather Care
Full grain leather is a natural material and it only gets better with age. A little care keeps it looking its best for years.
- Keep it cool and dry. Prolonged damp, heat and direct sunlight are the things to avoid.
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. For suede, use a suede brush with a light hand.
- Condition sparingly every three to six months to keep the leather supple. Not suitable for suede.
- Keep away from oils, perfume and make up, and watch for dye transfer from dark denim.
- Between outings, stuff with tissue and rest it in its dust bag so it holds its shape.
- If it gets caught in the rain, let it dry naturally. Never use a tumble dryer or direct heat.

How much fits inside, and is it big enough for everyday?
Comfortably, yes. Our crossbody styles are cut around what you actually carry: phone, card holder or purse, keys, sunglasses and a lipstick. Inside you will find a zipped pocket for the small things that otherwise disappear. Exact internal measurements are listed under Size and Fit above, so you can check against what you carry today.
Will my phone fit?
Every current smartphone fits, including the larger Pro Max and Ultra models. If you would rather be certain, the internal dimensions are given under Size and Fit and take a moment to check against your own.
Is it real leather?
Yes. Full grain leather, the top cut of the hide with the natural grain left intact. It is the most hard wearing leather there is, and the only one that earns a real patina with age. No bonded leather, no coated splits, no synthetics.
How long are the straps, and can I change them?
Each bag arrives with an adjustable leather shoulder strap, 1.5 cm wide and adjustable from 75 to 139 cm, so it can be worn on the shoulder or across the body. Our fabric straps are wider at 4 cm and adjust from 70 to 122 cm. The clips are a standard fitting, so changing a strap takes seconds and one bag can be worn quietly by day and dressed up by evening.
