How do I find what I am looking for?
Use the search bar in the top right corner, or browse by category and narrow the results by price or colour. Once you have found the one, add it to your bag and follow the checkout steps to enter your payment and delivery details.
I have seen a product but it is no longer in stock, what now?
We are sorry you missed it. Our pieces are made in limited runs and a popular colourway can sell out quickly. We add fresh stock every fortnight, so it is worth checking back, and in the meantime we are always happy to help you find something similar.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
You do not need one, but creating an account, just your email, no password required, means a faster checkout next time and first access to offers and new arrivals. You are also welcome to follow us on Instagram and YouTube for a closer look at how each piece is made.
Has my order been shipped, and how do I track it?
As soon as your order is placed, our warehouse dispatches it straight away and you will receive an email confirming it is on its way. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48. US orders ship from our fulfilment centre and Texas warehouse, delivered by FedEx Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Ground or USPS Standard, which is free on orders over $100. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches.
What can I do if I receive the wrong item?
It is very unlikely, but if you do receive a wrong or faulty item, email us at returns@assots.co.uk and we will sort it straight away, with the correct piece sent out within 24 hours.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are an online store only, open around the clock, so you can shop, and we can get your order on its way, any time, day or night.
How do returns and guarantees work?
You have thirty days to live with it. If it is not right, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund with no fuss. We ask only that the piece comes back unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging, and that you include your order number so we can find you quickly. Every Assots piece is also covered against manufacturing faults.
