A soft, textured grain that wears well every day. Every hide carries its own markings, so no two bags are quite alike.
Yes. Full grain leather, the top cut of the hide with the natural grain left intact. It is the most hard wearing leather there is, and the only one that earns a real patina with age. Our Craftsmanship Guarantee covers faults in materials and making for 365 days from delivery, including stitching, edges, zips, hardware and lining. If something is not right, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Everyday wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered.
You have 60 days from delivery. Log in at account.assots.com to request a return or exchange on any UK order. The piece needs to come back unused and in its original condition, with the dust bag, tags and any free gifts. UK orders get a pre-paid Royal Mail label, with a £5 return fee deducted from your refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for international returns.
Once your return reaches us and passes our quality check, we refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
UK mainland delivery is free on every order. Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched the same day and usually arrive the next day. We use couriers including Royal Mail, Evri and Yodel. Full details, including US delivery, are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
