Shipping & Returns

UK Delivery

• Free delivery to the UK mainland on every order
• all bag sizes
• small
• medium or large.
• We use couriers including Royal Mail
• Evri and Yodel
• and may allocate a different service to get your order to you in the quickest time depending on its size and weight.
• Orders placed by 1pm are dispatched the same day
• and are usually with you the next day.
• Next-day delivery orders are dispatched the same day provided they are placed before 12 noon.
• Orders placed on a Bank Holiday dispatch the next working day. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays
• so do bear upcoming ones in mind when ordering.

US Delivery

Orders ship from our fulfilment centre and Texas warehouse, so there are no duties or tariffs to pay on delivery.

• FedEx Next Day Air: 3 to 5 business days, $100.00 USD
• UPS 2 Day Air: 3 to 5 business days, $40.00 USD
• UPS Ground: 3 to 5 business days, $15.00 USD
• USPS Standard: 2 to 4 business days, $20.00 USD (free on orders over $100)

30-Day Easy Returns (UK)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. A few things to check before sending yours back:

• Time frame: items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: returned items must be unused
• in their original condition
• with all tags and packaging intact
• and with any free gifts (straps
• cardholder
• keypod case
• tassel) included so the return can be processed in full.
• Proof of purchase: a valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for every return.
• Please include your order number and your reason for return in the package.

UK returns get a pre-paid label with a £5 postage fee deducted from the refund.

Other International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK or US, contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. International return shipping costs are the customer\u2019s responsibility and are non-refundable, as are any duties, taxes or fees paid on the original international shipment.
