- Delivery to U.K. mainland is currently free on all UK orders for all bag sizes- small, medium or large.
- We use courier services such as Royal Mail, Hermes and Yodel. However, we might allocate a different courier service in order to deliver your order in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Orders received by 1pm will be dispatched same day. The customers usually receive the following day.
- Please note that all next day delivery orders are despatched on the same day provided they are placed before 12 noon.
- Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following working day. Additionally, we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so please be aware of any upcoming Bank Holidays upon ordering.

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Note: Please ensure to mention your order number in your return package.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Shipping Costs: For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
