• Next-day delivery orders ship the same day if placed before 12 noon.

• No dispatch or delivery on UK Bank Holidays; orders placed then will ship the next working day.
• 30-day easy UK returns: items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging; please include your order number.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that international returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Store cool & dry; avoid prolonged moisture/heat & direct sunlight.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth; suede: brush gently with a suede brush.
• Apply leather conditioner sparingly every 3–6 months (not for suede).
• Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, makeup; beware denim dye transfer.
• When not in use, stuff with tissue and keep in a dust bag to retain shape.
• If wet, air-dry naturally; do not tumble dry or use direct heat.
